I. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This Website (www.globaltefl.uk.com/about-us2/refer-a-friend/) and the Program is aimed at students of TEFL/TESOL certification.

II. ABOUT THE PROGRAM
You can only refer people who meet the following requirements:

• Be over 18 years of age.
• By participating in the Program, all Referrers state that he or she has her friends/family members/colleagues prior consent to provide their contact information.

To refer a potential candidate you must complete the form available in the "I want to refer" section of the website www.globaltefl.uk.com/about-us2/refer-a-friend for each of your referrals before they buy any of our accredited TEFL/TESOL courses: 120-Hour Advanced TEFL course, 150-Hour Master TEFL course and our 250-Hour Expert TEFL course at our official pricing (full rate) and through our official website only. Please confirm the submission by sending an email to sales.support@globaltefl.uk.com.

III. PAYMENT
To make the payment effective you must wait 10 days after one or more of your referrals have purchase one or more of our accredited TEFL/TESOL courses: 120-Hour Advanced TEFL course, 150-Hour Master TEFL course and our 250-Hour Expert TEFL course at our official pricing (full rate) and through our official website only (www.globaltefl.uk.com), you'll get a referral fee payment via PayPal (£10 GBP or $12 USD per course).

Make sure to have a PayPal account under your name so you can receive all the approved referral fees transfers. The payments won't be made to 3rd parties or through a different payment method. All PayPal transactional fees must be covered by the Referrers.

IV. EXCLUSIONS OF THE BONUS
The payment of the bonus will not correspond in the following situations:

• If you are an employee of any affiliate of Globaltefl.
• Failure to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
• You referred to yourself
• If the person you have referred was already in a buying process, he has been bought in the last three months before being nominated through this program.
• Referrers cannot refer themselves before or after they complete the purchase of one of our accredited TEFL/TESOL courses (120-Hour Advanced TEFL course, 150-Hour Master TEFL course and our 250-Hour Expert TEFL course) at our official pricing (full rate) and through our official website only.
• Referrers also may not create multiple or fake registers with GLT or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.
• Purchases made through different channels/websites/discounted prices won't be considered as valid for the referral fee reward.
• Our authorized resellers are not qualified Referrers.

V. REFUND
If any of the Referrals requests a refund accordingly to our T&C's Cancellation and Refund policy, the Referrer won't receive the reward (£10 GBP or $12 USD per course).

VI. PRIVACY
Globaltefl values individual privacy and we want to give visitors to our Site the opportunity to know what information we collect about them and how we treat it. For more information, please visit our privacy policy page (www.globaltefl.uk.com/privacy-policy).

If you refer a candidate, you confirm that the candidate is of legal age and has the necessary authorizations to send us their information. Globaltefl will keep the candidate's information for a period of one month, if the candidate does not confirm his interest within that term, you will not be able to receive a referral bonus.
