Responsibilities:

•Teach English to young learners and students in language schools across Taiwan.

•Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students' needs and abilities.

•Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment where students can learn and grow.

•Collaborate with a team of experienced teachers and managers to enhance teaching strategies and classroom management.

•Participate in regular training programs and professional development opportunities to improve teaching skills.

•Provide feedback and support to students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• TEFL certificate

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a US Associate’s degree with a TEFL certificate.

• A passport from a country where English is an official language (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the United States, or the United Kingdom).

• A clear criminal background check from your home country.

• A passion for teaching and a willingness to learn while having fun.

What we offer:

• Competitive starting pay: 680-720 NTD per teaching hour (Higher starting pay for qualifications and documented teaching experience).

• Guaranteed raises every year upon contract renewal

• Guaranteed minimum of 20 teaching hours per week.

• Monthly stipend: 3,000 NTD for completing administrative work

• Flexible vacation days throughout the year.

• Bonuses for contract completion and returning students.

• Extra pay for teaching classes with more than 20 students.

• Western management with a strong employee policy.
